We provide comprehensive day-of coordination and full planning services for weddings, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. We manage the details so you can enjoy your special event! We offer three levels of service to best suit your needs.
Event Coordination (aka Day-of Coordination)
- For those couples who want to handle all the planning themselves but need someone to come in at the end to make the day run smoothly, our Event Coordination package is our budget offering.
- There's really no such thing as a "day-of" coordinator. Weddings are too important and have too many details! We get involved about two months before your wedding, help you prepare a detailed wedding timeline, run your ceremony rehearsal, and make sure your wedding day runs like clockwork.
- Package price: $1500 - $2000.
Event Planning (our most popular package)
- If you already have your venue selected and have a fairly good idea of what you want your wedding to look like but need help with the nuts and bolts of planning a large event, then our Event Planning package would suit you well.
- This is our most popular package.
- We recommend vendors to round out your wedding team, provide advice on budgeting and stationery, make hotel and transportation arrangements, and keep you on track throughout the planning process. Also includes all event coordination services.
- Package price: $3000 - $4000.
- If you have no idea where to start with planning your wedding and you need ideas, guidance, and decision-making help from the moment you get engaged until you leave for your honeymoon, our bespoke Event Design package is just for you.
- After an initial consultation to get to know you and your fiancé(é), we customize inspiration boards and help you choose an overall look and theme for your special day.
- We help you select venues and all of your vendors, and we are with you every step of the way throughout your planning process. Includes all event coordination and planning services.
- Because of the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of this package, we accept a limited number of Event Design clients each year.

À la carte services, including honeymoon planning, are available at an hourly rate of $75 if you need assistance with individual and specific tasks.
