We provide comprehensive day-of coordination and full planning services for weddings, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, and more. We manage the details so you can enjoy your special event!

Wedding Package
Packages range from $850–$2000 for day-of coordinating and from $2000–$4000 for full-service planning. All packages are customized to your exact needs. Typical services include:

  • In-person consultation after booking
  • Unlimited email/phone consultations for advice/guidance between booking and wedding
  • Attend final venue walk-through with client and caterer
  • Prepare day-of timeline, including ceremony
  • Confirm all vendors week of wedding
  • Attend/run rehearsal
  • Ensure all vendors are present at ceremony and reception venue(s)
  • Coordinate ceremony timing and flow
  • Set up guest book, escort/place cards, favors, table numbers, programs, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and property throughout the event, keeping things on schedule
  • Ensure that photographers are informed before all wedding highlights (first dance, cake cutting, etc.)
  • Distribute staff gratuities and final payments as needed
  • Pack up gifts and any belongings left behind at the end of the evening

Party Package

Starts at $500

  • In-person consultation after booking
  • Unlimited email/phone consultation between booking and event
  • Confirm all vendors week of event
  • Oversee set-up by all vendors at event venue
  • Remain on-site for duration of event
  • Oversee clean-up by all vendors
  • Distribute staff gratuities and payments as needed
